Perhaps most importantly of all, you need to consider how many plant displays you require for your event and whether or not this ties in with your budget. What types of displays do you require?
We can provide interior tropical plants, exterior tropical plants, trees, topiary, shrubbery, and fresh flowers. Plants can be used for a number of different situations, including subtly adding colour to a venue, making a bold statement, creating sound barriers, creating physical barriers, and creating a visual barriers.
How long will you require the plant displays?
We rent our displays on a short term basis or as part of a long term agreement. Please be aware that the plants may require maintenance/watering visits if they are in position for more than 2 week period.
Where will the displays be positioned?
Many of the interior tropical plants that we supply need to be kept in a temperature controlled room which maintains a reliable temperature of 12 degrees centigrade or above. Exterior tropical plants, topiary, shrubbery are ideal for the exterior
Different plants require different light levels in order to thrive. Whilst the vast majority of plants will survive in high-light locations, lower light conditions can have a negative affect on the health of the plant over a sustained period. Botanica will happily assist you with advice on plant choices if required.
